POWER DESCRIPTIONS
Siren's Song;Intermediate Rein has the ability to make people gravitate towards him as he sings. He can simply hum a small tune and get whatever he wants from anyone he wants it from.
Telepathy;Intermediate He also has the ability to read minds, though for him it's more like constantly hearing voices that he doesn't want to hear inside of his head, and nothing ever really seems to make them shut up. It's seriously obnoxious.

APPEARANCE
Rein is of average height for a male of his age, standing at around 5'9" or so. He has a lean sort of build, almost on the more scrawny side, but he doesn't really mind that. He has blonde hair, and usually puts a streak or some obnoxiously bright color in it, usually red, but sometimes blue or pink or green. His eyes are usually a dull reddish sort of color, but can look almost violet in certain lights. He has a serious obsession with everything gothic styled. His clothes, his hair, his shoes, his multiple piercings. He even paints his nails wither black or some sort of vibrant colors. Even in his school uniform, he wears knee high gothic style boots. And the kid seriously has enough straps and belts and dangling bits on his clothing that he could belong in any Square Enix game.
PERSONALITY
Rein is your average spoiled, yet terribly neglected rich brat. He is rebellious and dramatic, but also one of the seriously brooding emo types of kids. He loves the anguish of life, and all of the mysteries that it really has to offer. But he also has a serious mean streak. He throws all sorts of temper tantrums and fits of all sorts. He hates being lonely, but hates everyone else a lot more. He hates both of his powers for the most part. It is nice getting whatever he wants, but dealing with people is just the worst. He also always seems to be hungry. He eats whatever he feels like without gaining a single pound, and almost always has some sort of snack on hand.
BIOGRAPHY
Rein's life was a disappointing one to say the least. Sure, the first few years were pretty good. He had loving and adoring parents, and even a brother a few years older than himself. But he doesn't quite remember him. You see, when he was about two or three years old, just a wee little lad, his brother was kidnapped. Even in normal circumstances, that sort of event is absolutely devastating for everyone involved. But in his case, it was even worse. Every time either of his parents looked at him, all they saw was the son they lost. Every year that went by, the worse they got towards him, and soon enough, they divorced. His father left, eventually finding a new family and cutting his ex-wife and son out of his life completely, and his mother buried herself in a bottle, as most grieving parents did, sending him off with relatives and nannies, never really paying any sort of attention to him.
By the time he was eight, he knew he wasn't wanted. His mother had a serious break down one night, on the anniversary of her other son's disappearance, she came after him with a knife, yelling and screaming that he didn't belong there, that he would never be good enough to fill the emptiness inside of her. He could never be a replacement for his brother. She eventually quit chasing him around, and instead turned the knife upon herself, which of course landed her in the nearest psych ward in a hospital. From there, it was foster care for a few weeks, until his father decided to pick him up.
But just like his mother, his father paid him no attention, focusing on his step children instead. The boy was cast aside, given a small closet in one of his step-sibling's bedrooms to sleep in. It was either that or the floor, but by then he had liked the thought of a little bit of privacy.
Once his powers started developing, it was a nightmare. He began hearing voices, but he didn't dare tell anyone about it,not right away anyways. It was actually kept hidden for quite awhile until he slipped up, responding out loud to words that were muttered in his step sibling's head. The first time it was cast aside, thought of as just coincidence, but after it kept happening, over and over, they began to suspect a bit.
By the time he was in his early teens, he had also began to develop his song. Of course he used it to his advantage at first, using it to get a bigger room, get all of the clothes and furniture that he wanted. For the first time in a long time, his life was perfect.
But perfection never stays. Life doesn't work that way.
On his fourteenth birthday, his parents decided that enough was enough. This insane boy was not going to continue to control their lives anymore. So they locked him up. At first he didn't mind it, being alone with all of his things, listening to all of that moody emo rock music. It was pretty good at first. But after awhile, he discovered just how lonely his life really was. He only had contact with anyone when they shoved food through his door.
At least until the scout came from the school to come and get him.
From that day forward he's attended the school.
